How much haste do you need to have 100% uptime on shield block? Percentage wise.

I could be wrong but don’t thinks its currently possible. Somewhat correct me if i am.
Shield Block has a 6-second duration and a 16-second cooldown, so you would need 167% haste to have full uptime. With Heavy Repercussions, you could get away with somewhat less, but not dramatically.
It’s nowhere near possible with current gear, and unlikely to be possible even in the last tier of the expansion. You can do it in Torghast if you get a bunch of haste powers, I guess.

I don’t think it’s possible …at all.
I had 120% haste at least in twisting corridor and the lowest i’ve seen my shield block cooldown were 7.7 seconds.
It’s just not something meant to work like IronFur lol

If you could get 2 shield slams in every Shield Block (which I’m pretty sure is quite generous), you’d still need 100% haste to have full Shield Block uptime. 50%ish uptime is probably doable though.
We can get pretty close to 100% ShB uptime if taking Devastator and filling each GCD with a further chance for reset proc, especially if stacking Haste and taking Into the Fray.
