Haste for Prot Warrior, what does it do?

What does haste do for Prot Warrior, outside of lessen the cd on thunderclap and shield slam/block?

Whats stats should I be aiming for, and whats the cut off?

It universally translates to more rage and damage. You attack faster, so Devastator generates more rage, and your generators cools down faster for more rage. More damage from faster attacks, and faster GCDs, and shorter cooldowns on offensive abilities.

And also more defensive benefit by having more rage to dump into more Ignore Pains, more healing from Indomitable for spending, and more Shield Block uptime.

It’s Prot Warrior’s best stat, since it’s just a big feedback loop of gains for the spec.
