and Azeroth the planet ever been clarified. I mean is it a symbiotic relationship, or a Parasitic relationship. Would the Titan dying destroy the planet as well?

So destroying the world soul would probably kill the planet.
Azeroth the planet IS Azeroth the Titan due to the planet having a world soul. They are not 2 separate entities.
I think planet is her physical body but she can take an avatar once awakened and explore beyond it. The planet itself bleeds so it’s still her body, but we’ve seen with Argus that their titan forms can exist separately from their planets.
I don’t know the specifics of how the planet and world soul affect each other though.

The only difference is one’s the body and the other’s the soul.
As described, they are basically the soul of this world.

Described as living worlds, their bodies are covered in mountain peaks and rivers, their forms wrapped in cloaks of stardust and their eyes shining like brilliant stars.
Its unclear if the world housing them becomes the titans, is destroyed upon their “birth”, or if the planet is left behind unchanged. I would imagine a world born and infused around a special source of energy wouldnt survive long without it.

Chronicles say shes the most powerful titan in creation. Which is why Sargeras feared her corruption, as she would undo creation itself in service to the void.
