Yes, they earned my money and everyone elses here since we willingly pay them for a product that we think is worth paying for. Nobody forces us to spend our money or time on their products, we do it because we choose to.

Sure, because I’m a social player. I play for the people I play with.
I don’t sit down, snap my fingers, and demand “Blizzard! ENTERTAIN ME” like I’m Ming the Merciless or something.
I pay Blizzard for an infrastructure to play with friends, and for a constant stream of things for my friends & I to do. And yes, they’ve delivered on that.

Interesting question. I’d say yes to all those still paying the sub and additional features.
But they’ve done the absolute bare minimum and caused near irreparable damage.
I honestly can’t think of a time I’ve been less impressed with this game than with this expansion.
There are still things I enjoy, but not even close to the immersion or enjoyment I’ve personally had in the past.
And so with that, I’d also say they haven’t truly earned it going forward, because as the numbers indicate, alot of people feel like they aren’t getting their money’s worth.
I for one will never pay more than the base sub fee and when I’ve truly had enough, I’ll just make like this rogue and vanish

I haven’t played SL much but I still think it was worth buying. It’s pretty cheap entertainment. I personally preferred BFA and Legion as far as enjoyment goes though.

Nope, they earned my money (again) for a 15 year old expansion.
They earned it a long time ago with my trust and the fun I’ve always had in the game. In a way they sort of taking advantage of that but it is my fault for still paying for it. Poor game play direction in the outside world and more competitive dungeons on top of delayed flying are not new to shadowlands but for some reason I felt it would be different. This expansion, for example…I could have probably not purchased but like an idiot I pre purchased it.
I do actually blame myself for paying for the game still. The thing is that I enjoy leveling and certain part of the game. The new stuff is continuously disappointing me tho. So my plan is to not pre purchase the next expansion until it’s out and decide it is worth purchasing beyond whatever shiny new customization they put in. It’s gotta be the game not the looks that brings me in next round.

I didn’t pay. Bought the xpac and the tokens with gold. So it is worth the $0 I paid, but I mean I wouldn’t have paid money for this xpac.

I only played Castle Nathria and tbh, that raid was pretty worth it. Playing TBCC atm just cause that’s where my husband is so yeah, easily worth the money for that.
I’ve only done the current raid on LFR, but it also looks like a banger of a raid. Wish I had time to do it.

Not really.
I only stuck around to see where the story was heading and it just got worse and worse.
The new form of censorship is also detracting too much for my tastes in immersion so I’m getting back into Warhammer.
