Has anyone had issues turning in the "blade in twilight" quest?

Its showing the quest person is all the way on the ground undee gtound and when i go to the bottom of the ocean i csn see a faint question mark but it wont let me click it. It also wont let me abandon the quest. No i dont have add ons.

First comment says it’s bugged as of prepatch. I’d suggest posting about it in the Bug Report forum or they’ll never log it to be fixed.

I did. I made thos before i thought about posting it there.

Must be an intermittent bug. I did that quest on a new alt a few days ago.
