Seems it is automatically added to the Trans-Dimensional Bird Whistle toy, it wont arrive in the mail or be an item in your bag…so use your whistle and rotate though his outfits…see if you have it…kind of damn dumb to do it that way now…usually we get his little outfit in our bags and click on it too add to the Whistle…

But I mean in actual plunderstorm, there is no option to use pepe with Da’krash Grimledger (and the description says talk to him to use pepe)

Ah I see sorry about my post…it could be a bug then …there are quite few that crop up in this storm mess.

Praise the Storm …it gets my Plunder not you. :cloud_with_lightning:

Choose the option “i would like the good captain to accompany me in the storm”

He doesn’t have that option for me and I am level 40 in the plunderstorm. My friends have the option to have pepe accompany them but I don’t see the option :(.

That sucks hopefully they fix that for you!

Yeh same, i went through every option just to be certain. This bothers me because I cant be certain I even have pepe in retail now as well, ive tried to summon him using the bird whistle but kept getting father winter pepe  Something tells me if plunderstorm pepe is bugged then the retail one is too

Same :frowning:

I’ve seen a number of people complaining about the same.

Does everything in Plunderstorm turn up in WoW, or is it only the pets, mounts and toys?
I earned the daggers and boots, but I haven’t seen them as a transmog option in WoW.

Did you look by name …while you had you had your own boots click in the mogging window…

Yeah, and there were no new boots that I could see.
They’d show up on the first page as new, wouldn’t they?

Check the tooltip, some will just read Dragonflight, meaning it’s a DF transmog or pet. The ones that also read Plunderstorm are transmogs for this event but not in retail.

Nope they are burried randomly in your collection. YOu have to search for them by name specificly. wowhead has a list so you can go through and do your search to verify you have all of it.

Yeah, finally found them, on page 5.

There is an add on that will list your Pepe collection on retail: https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/pepe-collection

May be useful in determining unlocks. I can’t help with using Pepe in plunderstorm though.

OMG this is amazing. ty!! I can never figure out who has what on my pepe costumes!

You’ll need to get the Trans-Dimensional Bird Whistle it stores all of Pepe outfits and you use the whistle and he pops out on top of you head with one of outfits in the whistle…here is how to get it…https://www.wowhead.com/item=122293/trans-dimensional-bird-whistle#

In order to see the transmog, you have to complete the outfit to the point that you can choose to wear the “Snazzy” Swabbie outfit in the options. Then once you have put it on in the lobby, you can see it in retail. This is true for all versions of the outfits, the weapons, the title, and the pets. Pepe can only be seen if you have the whistle to summon him, then his outfit will appear in the outfit choices. I don’t know if this is a bug or just really stupid game design.

This is 100% false. I can see the mogs in retail before equipping them in Plunderstorm. I could see the first set of gloves the moment I got them. I never equipped the final set, nor the tabbard, in plunderstorm and can use the whole thing in retail.

It’s not stupid game design to require the item to summon Pepe to be able to summon Pepe.
