I selected use one, it let me do the event, gave zero rewards and consumed both radiant echos.
Just a heads up you might not want to risk losing your echos in that event.

Radiant echos have NEVER given me a reward. I gave up after doing a dozen and got nothing. I checked with a bunch of other players and most of them have never received a reward either, They are completely pointless and worthless.

The entire undermine is content that can’t operate on their existing hardware. It’s a fraud of sorts.
In a good group with a server that operates the content correctly this event was good for coffer key shards and valorstones. I’ve gotten 2 keys and 100 valorstones in a single group.
As always though they do the same thing. It’s the equivalent of over booking a flight.
They know before they release the content their hardware won’t run it correctly.
