Has anyone actually managed to contact Trolli customer support?

I’ve been participating in the Trolli promotion since it first dropped. I submitted my first receipt and earned the pet before finding out about the tabards. Luckily I had a Walgreens and a Dollar General near me, but the nearest Circle K was an hour away in any direction. I successfully submitted my DG receipt but when I submitted my Walgreens receipt they never got back to me. I tried emailing customer support but haven’t heard back. I’m just wondering if anyone has actually heard back from them? I don’t want it to eat the Circle K receipt too

I emailed them after I submitted my first receipt for Gummi. I heard back the next morning.

However, I will have to email them tonight about the tabard promos as it is not letting me get codes for those.

I guess i need to be more patient then, my anxiety is just getting to me. it’s been 2 days since my first support ticket but I guess there must be a massive line now.

Contacted the Trolli help site last Friday as my “you’ll be notified in 48 hours” email had come previous Monday. Sighed when help auto-response was “within 3 Business Days”.

But first thing Monday morning got my code and also an apologetic email from Help site.

I have to suspect the response to the promotion was way more enthusiastic than they’d expected.
