Let’s be honest here. Blizzard has given the only compromise they plan to on this issue. There will never be actual playable HE’s on Alliance side.

You can choose “Blood Elf” in the character creation screen.
They are the High Elves.

Well to be fair, High Elves are the original, just like you as Earthen, the “Original”. We have 3 Dwarves with the same rig, in all honesty I don’t see why not with High, Blood, Void Elves.
Really the same. 
I personally think making that comment as an Earthen was a wrong choice

Why? The Dwarves ARE the Earthen. The Blood Elves ARE the High Elves. Where is the wrong comment, I’m confused. I know the lore.
The High Elves started out not relying on the Sunwell, then they became reliant on it, then King Anastarian removed them from the Alliance basically forever, then they were declared Blood Elf before Kael went to Outland.
The Earthen have been standing in Uldum since Vanilla (the little bald brown rock men in Uldum called Earthen) and were the original dwarf before dwarves and the Curse of Flesh. Lady Deathwhisper has a long monologue about the Curse of Flesh when you pull her in ICC.
They’ve been standing in Uldum serving titan constructs since vanilla, none of it is new.
Same with Mechagnomes. They’ve been there since vanilla.

Blizz doesn’t seem to want to do faction exclusive races anymore, and high elves would only really work as an Alliance exclusive race.

I think over time the support started off greatly with a lot of individual players responding, but let’s be real over the years even on many other posts it’s sort of the same few people keeping a lot of the forums alive.

The problem is Earthen Dwarves and Haronir were pulled out of no where. High elf race was requested for almost two decades.
