Micro Bar / Bag Bar / Target Buffs / Target of Target

This you can do. edit: You can also SCALE both elements from here. Target something. Right click your target and enter “edit mode.” From THIS edit mode (why does it have different functionality???) you can now grab your target, and target-of-target… and move them. Buffs under your target is default. I don’t know why you’re complaining about that. But there is an option to move them on top. This should be covered. good luck. Still plenty of other things wrong with it.
