someone said how much hc is fun… but when he explained it, i thought I enjoy getting my teeth drilled without pain meds but some of those rules sound really painful.
rogues cant stealth
druids cant transform
healers cant use any healing spells
tanks cant use shields and must only use fists
mages cant use any damage spells
all hc players arent allowed to use the mailbox, auction house or even group in any dungeon…
so yeah HC players are slightly “ill” in the head

That’s the only part of those that’s true. About grouping in dungeons - they can only do it with “other HC players” and they can only do a dungeon once. It’s to prevent power leveling or something.

I’ve been playing HC on Bloodsail quite a bit lately, started once I had Naxx on farm. Truly a very weird community, especially the way you get these dorks who just sit in SW/Org, critiquing every person who dies once the death alert hits gchat.
that’s why everyone wants to “join an HC guild” the very second they make a new toon. 
Those are only special circumstances rules.
Don’t always believe what people tell you.
If you follow three rules you’ll succeed.
- Have the Addon on and Updated to Verify
- Don’t group up or trade and
- Don’t die (this is the important one).
I’ve just avoided dungeons this time, pugs are deathtraps and it’s easier to not worry about group semantics when I don’t ever join one.
