On a PvE server, you can kill the Chalice Dredger pushing the barrow. This can be exploited to harass other players (opposite faction) as they attempt to complete the WQ.

Saw this happening and experienced it, repeatedly. Please make the dredger’s immune.
or at least flag the player doing it so there is some way of retaliation. Currently when they do it, they do not get flagged.
But the best would be make it so the guys are always neutral. If this is as intended then that is really dumb
