While it’s great that blizzard, when making dracthyr, remembered that pentadactyl tetrapodal vertebrates and in fact pentadactly tetrapodal vertebrates, it’d be great if they remembered that as amniotes, they also have ectodermal placodes. Where are the dracthyr eyelashes??? Reptiles in real life have them. Give dracthyr eyelashes Blizzard.
First one here
Thank you for coming. I would post all my reptile eyelash pictures I’ve downloaded but I’m tired of putting them in preformatted text because I can’t link.
No seriously, I have often mentioned on these forums I specifically want some lady lashes for my lady dragon
One of my favorite dragons in media is the one in Shrek
She’s got long lashes and gets herself a mans
I still cannot tell the difference between body types when I see a Dracthyr.
I’m not sure eyelashes will change that.
Eyebrows!
Good thing tears roll down cheek. They should be safe from the crying!
That’s not a very good representation of reptiles with eyelashes though. There’s plenty of real life examples to pull from like Hornbills, Raptors such as peregrines, eagles, and vultures, some songbirds, galliformes, and so forth.
Because there is none.
Until a lady dragon smizes at you
I’d like to point out, those are birds. My example is better in my opinion. Not that it matters, I think we are both advocating for the same thing.
Birds are reptiles but at least they’re real reptiles with real eyelashes. Often times there will be prejudiced people with no clue what they’re talking about saying things like: “reptiles don’t have eyelashes bro…”
yep the shriek lady dragon has some long lashes!!
I think the dragon form is genderless and only the visage has a gender. so might be by design them looking like neither
