I don’t really think those two things are really equivalent or rather, the two things are not similar enough to really draw comparison.
There isn’t a country out there that fully embraces the worst of its history.
I suppose there are lots of things I want to say but I think whatever message I was trying to say would get lost in my words or that I wouldn’t be able to articulate it well enough to have it come out right.

We have turkey thighs in the freezer in case we unexpectedly want turkey. But my boyfriend bought lobster tails, we have salmon, and I can pull shrimp out of he freezer to make some sort of seafood spectacular.
