While there are likely environmental reasons (PFCs, microplastics, led, etc), men CAN take steps to keep themselves healthy.
Markers of men’s health have been in rapid decline over the past half century; suicide, obesity, heart disease, diabetes, hormonal imbalances and deficiencies (seen most visibly as sp*rm count declines but those are a MARKER of OTHER health problems).
Please. Men.
30 minutes of light to medium cardio.
15 minutes of weights.
30 minutes of SUN LIGHT.
8 hours of sleep.
Reduce alcohol consumption.
Reduce sugar consumption.
Reduce oil consumption.
We can live longer if we try IN SPITE of our water and food being worse than it used to be.

True!! I actually had an ant try and attack me the other day, stalked me all the way home and was about to leap at me. N these aren’t small weak ants, theses are big guys, their sting is awful, painful little things. They hunt people down for ages for just going near them.
