Ishtar is considerably older and probably one of multiple sources for Eostre. But I think Easter itself is mostly derived from germanic celebrations of Eostre.
I could be wrong tho, it’s not my area of historical knowledge

Ishtar is of Sumerian origin and I believe Eostre is European. But in terms of Easter I think it derives from the latter.

All of my Noblegarden achievements have been completed since 2010, so I really don’t do them any more. Now, if they add perma-transmogs like the Lunar Festival flowers, I might consider it.
