The only thing you can do is report the mission. There is no other way. Currently, you can press any type of information on social networks that says the mission is useless.
Still no fix as of an hour ago. Opened a ticket but just got the automated response to recommend logging out then back in. Hopefully gets fixed today

The raid part of the tether quest is still bugged.
can confirm you do not get credit when shadowbinding yourself to a boss. still not working at 3:08EST.
