so after fixing the other bug for the tether coil…I now cannot teach my friend who is a confirmed scribe the prototype rune recipe it literally doesn’t do anything, no invalid target nothing just doesn’t do anything.
had another person tell me there’s worked just fine, so I am not sure why I cant teach my friend the item…maybe ill find someone else and try
