Reshkigaal is female. It even says so in the flavored text.

Fun fact. The mount special animation these mounts do are not server synced. Which means if you try to play rock paper scissors with another player, the other player will see an entirely different variation (e.g. rock) as opposed to what you saw (e.g. paper). Which means you can’t actually play rock paper scissors with another player. Which is laaaaaaaaaaaame.

Not fixed, seeing as how with her being female, your incorrect interpretation doesn’t make sense at all.
I see it now, I kept getting rock so it looked sus, makes more sense once you get scissors.
