So hand of rag is out classed by weapons in P5 that have 10% drop chance from several bosses?
Asking for a friend. I still have not seen eye drop yet.

we run 3 raids a week almost all have been h3 but a couple. zero eyes in wed and thurs groups… 2 in fri gropu out of god knows how many raids with even getting molten core kills
Standard night elf cat form looks better than fire kitty imo.

I feel ya. It was alot of work to get this item for those that got the eye to drop. Just to have it easily replaced a few weeks after P4 release.
so you run 1 raid that does H3 and 2 dont is what your saying " a couple is 2 "
100% HOR shouldn’t have been replaced until Naxx with Ateish. Just anther case of the devs not playing the game they ruin!!!

all raids do H3 each week… Each raid has a couple times only they didnt do H3 early on cause had to pug to fill.

If your legendary lasts the whole game you might raid less because you have your bis. If you raid less = less metrics for playtime.
They need you on the gear treadmill, just like retail.
The part of classic you all love that items last longer, they hate because they know the majority raid for items.
The devs don’t care about you and hate their players and want them on the game 24/7 grinding reals, grinding rep, grinding gold, grinding items. As long as you are on the treadmill GRINDING they win.
You still need to upgrade your armor, and who would be more dedicated to upgrading their armor in the next phase than the person who invested so much time getting a legendary item?
HoR is not outclassed by Rae’lar in SoD Phase 5 for bear. HoR is still the better weapon for bear due to the 20% weapon damage on Lacerate per application. Rae’lar is the better choice for cat tho.
I built hammer long time ago… ya it cost ALOT… still no eye though
