Anybody else having issues with the quest for the stone ring?

you need the quest Putting a plan together, which only happens during the necrolord assault. And only if the quest is randomly spawned. The last Necrolord assault which was the 4th assault since I started doing this mount quest and I’m yet to see this quest. Is anybody else having the same issue?

I put in a ticket but basically got a bogus answer saying “thats game mechanics” we cant control when the quest spawns…

Meanwhile here I am a month later still trying to complete a quest that I cant complete because the damn quest never spawns.

The quest has only been up, the very first Necrolord Assault.

Just gotta wait for it to come up.

It was up first or second go round.

I mean that’s not really bogus if it’s the truth.

It’s on a random rotation. The GMs can’t set which one is up.
