Hand Of Justice drops of Angerforge!?

I thought Hand Of Justice the melee trinket could only drop off Emperor? I seen it drop today off of Angerforge.

I’m just curious if this is suppose to happen or if it’s one of those changes in the patch or phase things

Hand of Justice originally dropped from Angerforge. It was moved to Emperor in a later patch.

We have pre-1.10 loot tables. This means that HoJ drops off Angerforge, and Force of Will drops of Emperor.

It will most likely be swapped when we hit the AQ patch/phase 5.

WoWHead had an article on this recently, actually. A lot of the BRD loot got shuffled around later in vanilla’s life. HoJ drops from angerforge, while force of will drops from emp. they swapped these later. This is just one example of many.
