Same issue here. Blizzard is absolutely incompetent, doesn’t think about the players and just wants to make money with ridiculous mounts. It’s absurd that this error has existed for years

Hey! Just so you know there’s a Lightforged Beacon at Krasus’ Landing in Dalaran! It takes you right to Argus without any quests or anything. All my characters can use it. No need to do any quests!

That doesn’t help, since you need to complete Hand of Fate to speak to Romuul and actually get off the ship onto Argus.

same bug here, pretty game breaking to any new players honestly, hope they get it fixed by the time my next subscription comes around.

you can get on the ship, but you cant use the teleporter unless youve complete the hand of fate.

ive already done the intro quests to the dragon isles & its not showing up for me :frowning:

Did Ebyssian cast a portal for you, and if so, did you use it?

I’ve since abandoned all the quests in the dragon isles because it wasn’t doing me any good doing them

I never did any of the Dragon Isles quests. It’s definitely a phasing issue. I suspect there are 3 phases:

  1. Prior to Dragon Isles;
  2. Entry to Dragon Isles;
  3. Post entry to Dragon Isles.

For some reason the boat got shifted into the entry to Dragon Isles phase. Or so it appears to me.

I found another character who had The Hand of Fate in his quest log but had not done it. As you are aware, the quest says to report to Bladefist Bay for the escort. Of course, going to Bladefist Bay directly, there is no ship there. I went to the Western Earthshrine and talked with Ebyssian, who had a quest. Basically a cinematic and RP. When Ebyssian was done talking, the two NPC’s on either side of him now had quests. I took the quests. Ebyssian popped a portal “to Dranosh’ar Blockade”. I took the portal. The ship was there waiting. They put it in the wrong phase.

I’m trying and not able to complete the quest Hand of Fate on my Horde main (previously did the Argus campaign on a different Horde character.) I’ve completed the entire Dragonflight campaign already on the character I’m trying to do the quest with, and the boat and NPC aren’t showing up. Yes, I can use the Dalaran teleporter to Argus, but I can’t complete the quest Hand of Fate which seems to be a requirement for a few things while ON Argus/on the Vindicaar.

(post edited to correct which faction completed the campaign previously)

Im stuck with the boat missing. Im an evoker so i already did that campaign. i know this is my fault though bc i was on argus and ported out to do a raid and now cant get back. Blizz should def put one of those time people there at have it instance the boat, move her to the dock, or a version of her on dal

I am also experiencing this bug. I attempted all of the suggestions above and the ship with the escort for The Hand of Fate is still not appearing. Please fix this Blizzard, I’m not having fun

Please DO SOMETHING, I need to go Argus to continue the 20th event, As a quest related to the 20th Anniversary event, this issue should be prioritized. However, it’s very disappointing that it hasn’t been resolved after a month.

Came back after 8 years for the anniversary event and decided to do all missed content and I’m stuck here. THIS NEEDS RESOLVING!!!
