While I agree with this and see it a lot in the forums. I’m not sure what was constructive about the op saying they’re not having fun and that changes need to be made.

It’s a good question. I think they say it to feel superior, and they say it without thinking about it. If everyone took their advice, there’d no longer be a game. One would think people would be more invested in fixing a game than contributing to its downfall just to make themselves feel superior, but that’s just me.

Another clueless dude. OP didn’t suggest any changes nor did he complain about anything specific.
He created a thread where he made vague complaints about the game so yeah my suggestion is that they stop playing.
It’s okay to unsub when you aren’t having fun anymore. It’s literally impossible for Blizz to produce content faster than a player can consume it.
Try another recipe. All games reach a point of boredom and you need something new.
It’s more like a skinner box, really.
But yeah, they lack any imagination to even hide it at this point.
The person I’m responding to asked a general question. This happens everywhere on the forums, so I was responding to that question. If it doesn’t apply to you, then there’s no need to get defensive.

I don’t know your post history really, so my intention was not to call you out specifically. It really wasn’t. But, it is a very common thing that happens on these forums, and I’m quite sick of it. (not of you)

People know that videogames are a waste of time. They play them because despite knowing that they are fun. Until they’re not. If you never found videogames to be fun but only a grind, why do you continue to play? To prove you are more masochistic than the next guy?
The “devs have no idea why so many people have complaints, because no one has ever written a post that is long enough and detailed enough for them to read, be impressed by, and implement all changes within that thread” talking point™.
Nah. Everything’s been said. We all know what the common complaints are, as do you.
And there is no requirement for posters to be articulate and analytical. This game is directly sold on marketing claims that appeal to emotional responses. So many players saying, “I’m not having fun/I’m bored” should be a giant red flag, not an opportunity to purge the game of players that make you feel uncomfortable because you disagree with the fact that people with different opinions from yours exist.
The solution to the content drought really isn’t for everyone playing the game who has ever had a complaint to unsub and uninstall but pro-blizz forum warriors.
