This is a rare drop 1H mace off of the Maiden of Vigilance in ToS. It’s a cosmetic item similar to the scythes off of Argus and Taeschalach off of Aggrammar. To get this item to drop for me, do I need to set my loot spec to Frost, Prot, etc?
Like can the 1H item drop for you if you are in a 2H spec?
