On September 9 2024. Hammer of light was fixed, letting players use it for 12 seconds. September 10, that hotfix was reverted. So my question is, is that bug back, or is it intended for Hammer of Light to be a single use?
I believe the intent is for Hammer to not be spammable. So you cast Eye of Tyr, you have 12 seconds to cast Hammer of Light, and once you do, you are back to Eye of Tyr (on cooldown). That’s how it worked before Sep 9, there was just a period of a day or two around there when HoL wouldn’t go away - I remember, because it threw me off, I wondered how I had missed it.
