Hammer of Light + Judgement

Hey I’ve been looking at class guides and stuff but I am wondering if I should be delaying hammer of light to make sure I get the buff from judgement?

Just open with judgement and go judgement > wake > final reckoning > HoL.

You dont need to for the judgement amp. Since 11.1 hammer of light applies and consumes its own judgement from undisputed ruling (removing yet another small layer of effort from the spec )

You could boj judgement wake so you get dawnx1 for your hammer of light. You can also just hammer of light right away , it no longer requires judgement

Thank you I was not understanding why no guides mention the interaction but yet based upon tooltips you’d assume it’s necessary

Edit* I read the tooltip for undisputed ruling and it sounds like HoL applys judgement but does that mean it would apply after the hit? Also meaning it doesn’t consume the buff but apples after the hit lands?

I tested this exactly the night before the patch on the ptr and yes, hammer of light applies judgement from undisputed ruling, and consumes it right away, benefitting itself from the damage amp.

There seems to be a delay in place still, because hammer of light also benefits from the stacks of crusade it generates before doing its damage.

You could say its an aoe buff as you no longer need judgement to cleave before hammer of light, now all your hammer of lights are amped by judgement by default

Thank you so much! This is the exact info I was looking for, you rock man
