After fighting Olmyr and Solsten, we paused for healer to get mana. Hyrja jumped back up to the platform and we could not get her to come back down to start the encounter.
Same thing happened in our run. Hyrja jumped back up, and that was the end of the key.

Same happened here on key run she never went active , we even tried a full wipe and went and killed fenrir and still not active.
We had this issue, and it’s something to do with Adaptive Swarm interacting with the boss, she loses HP because she has it on her, and the game doesn’t know what to do, so it teleports her back up top for some odd reason. At least in our experience.

Same issue with adaptive swarm. Lost the key as well
Glad to see blizzard haven’t pulled their finger out and fixed this bug, guess they’ll fix it next xpac.
Happened to my group tonight as well.
Still not fixed
