Halls of Valor: A Worthy Challenge

This world quest, which is this week rewarding me with a piece of gear i haven’t collected the appearance of, is uncompleteable because Volynd Stormbringer isn’t spawning. I’ve done it on Normal, Heroic, and Mythic in the last half hour, and he wasn’t spawned in any of them. The quest location circle shows him being in the center circle in the hall that goes left, right, and towards Odyn, but he’s just not there on any difficulty.

This is apparently not a new problem, according to Wowhead.

I think when they reworked the dungeon to make it current mythic+, they changed a number of trash packs. During Legion, I believe there were 5 mobs at the center of that room. Now there are 3. When the world quest is up, the stormbringers at the entrance to the walkway are gone. My guess is when they changed the dungeon, they didn’t reset the template so Volynd would spawn instead of those mobs when the quest was up.

Still not working.
