This was on heroic mode–got as far as the end of the final encounter with the Lich King magically strangling Jaina and the airship coming into view. But the ship didn’t trigger the cave-in like it’s supposed to, had to hearthstone out.

Ditto. Arthas proceeds to throttle Jaina, the ship shows up, and nothing else happens. The dungeon can’t be completed, but you can hearth out.

Same happened to me. I submitted a ticket and got zero help. >_> RIP to the transmog… And the worst part is, you don’t even get it from a postbox, because technically, you “don’t” finish the fight. It’s so frustrating and rediculous!
I have attempted to run this with no armor too, thinking that i might have possibly lowered the Lich King’s HP too fast? But no…
