At the end of the Tunnel when jaina and the player wait for the Lich king to arrive, the airship appears but does not fire upon the cave.
The captain does not yell “Fire, Fire” and nothing occurs from the airship. The Lich King remains and Jaina stays floating.
If the player commits suicide by jumping off the edge, and re-enters the dungeon. Arthas and jaina do not reset. They remain in the same place.
Jaina still has the buff “Harvest Soul” on her.
This has happened to me as well.
It’s also done the same thing for me the past 2 days. It’s highly frustrating to say the least, especially when filing a report does diddly squat

Still an issue!
Still bugged. Tried today on heroic. Got to the end. The gunship rose up, then nothing. Sylvanas has the “Harvest Soul” buff.
Tried it on Normal and Heroic today. On Heroic I completed it, but doing it the same way on Normal it bugged.
Arthas fight is still bugged out. I read on wowhead that it’s sometimes worked for people when they; don’t do any damage to the Arthas, only killed the ads near sylvannas, and letting those ads hit sylvannas a few times. Hopefully, one day, they fix this dungeon, even if its been since 2014.
