Halls of Atonement second boss broken animation

Title says it all. The blood mechanic on the second boss is not always displaying where it lands. This is caused a lot of wipes and untimed keys.

I got one-shot by this in my run tonight, there was no indication it would land in my location.

This is starting to raise my suspicion that something is off with boss/mob spell effects. Myself and a priest both died to a frontal cone in Arakara that we were WELL out of on both our screens. Ive run into the halls blood showing one spot then dropping in another as well a few times. And in dawnbreaker our whole group got hit by the first bosses spining attack because the visual was off.

From what I can see it doesnt seem to be lag, is affecting multiple bosses/mini boss attacks, and doesnt seem to be replicatable unfortunately.
