I am trying to reach undercity with one of my characters, Chrynalla, and when I go through the portal it takes me to the present where Undercity is destroyed. There is no Time Warden anywhere nearby to go back to the past so my character is stuck and cannot participate in the event. Please someone in support help!
Have you open up the map of the zone and look for the bubble on there where the NPC is often found? Should be there. Don’t know if there’s a quest that’d phase the NPC out.

Zidormi should be there just below the F in Balnir Farmstead. Coordinates are 69, 62.

Zidormi is nowhere to be found, doesn’t show on map, nothing.
Have a look through your quest log. It’s possible that you are on or in the middle of a quest(line) that has the world phased. That’s just a guess, but it’s a good place to start.

Did you finish the quest lines in BFA to start the battle for undercity, or the later quest lines that cleared the plague from that battle?
