Hallows end queue times

Yep, every one of my character works fine except this one. Some voodoo nonsense going on for sure.

So there is an issue. I have 23 toons I run daily all on same server. Most of them maxed but a couple not. All but 1 get in 5-10 minutes and 1 gets in about 45 minutes or more.

I actually queued and sat for 30 minutes yesterday, logged out and into another toon also same maxed level, got in within 5 minutes and killed boss, logged back into the toon and he was still waiting in queue. It then took another 40 minutes to get a queue pop. Then I logged into another 5 toons after with 5 -10 minute queues again. So clearly something is wrong.

Same issue here, I run this on 4 tanks, 2 healers, and 3 DPS.
DPS –
Hunter - waited 5 minutes
Warlock - waited 45 minutes ( no queue so logged )
Mage - waited 5 minutes ( right after the lock )
Back to Lock - another 40+ with no queue time

All pure 3 DPS classes, same faction. I just dont understand it. It only happens with the lock. This isnt just once, this is the past 3 days it CONSTANTLY happens just on my warlock, no matter what order I try to run the dungeon.

My hunter averages about 30 minutes wait for every single time he queues for HH but my shadow priest always gets the queue in 5-10 mins. Every time. And then when 1 dps doesn’t take the queue, instead of it just grabbing the next dps, it seems to put me back at the start or something and I need to wait another 20 mins. So frustrating and clearly something broken behind the scenes.

This happens on my low-level warlock, as well. But the level 50 warlock has no problems. Every other DPS (both factions) gets in within 3-5 minutes, maybe a little bit longer in the early morning, which is to be expected. Once, one of my mages got stuck in this cycle but hasn’t happened again since. And as Starianor mentioned above, the low-level warlock also gets caught in the trap of someone declining the queue and stuck for another 10 or so minutes until the next one gets bumped back “to the ‘front’ of the queue.”

I’m also having this issue. But only on my Hunter. In the middle of my hour+ wait time, girlfriend logged on (who is also a BM hunter), queue popped for her in less than 5 minutes, she joined, did it, and went on to do her pet battling, and I’m still in queue.

I’m also experiencing this problem, but only on my Hunter. All my other toons usually get in within 5-6 mins, but my Hunter can sit there for 45+ minutes with no que, really sucks.

protip, make friends with a tank and/or tank and enjoy instant queues…

The issue is there are 230948230948 DPS queuing up for these things, but only a handful of tanks and/or heals. So inevitably it means all those DPS will be stuck waiting until enough tanks or heals queue up.

As for me, luckily I play with a DK and a Shadowpriest, so what they do is they queue up as a tank and a healer, even though we all DPS in the dungeon.

TBH the best thing Blizzard could do to solve the queue time waits for these event dungeons is to allow parties of 5 dps to join up if max level… because literally a tank is not necessary, and no one loses any health or comes close to dying as the event boss hits like a wet noodle against level 50 players. Only underleveled players should have to wait for a tank/healer, as the event boss can possibly hurt low leveled players.
