The Quest for Hallow’s End is not working for me [56} Stink Bombs Away! I fly into the undercity and she flies right back out before I can drop any stink bombs. Is anyone else having issues with this quest?

i have had that bug on some of my toons but mostly this quest dc’s the toon and then i have to hearth and retry it. Often it does this 2 or more times per toon and i play many. Such a waste of time that i often don’t complete all i want to.

From another poster on Reddit: If you are trying to do this quest and you keep getting dismounted in Undercity and ported out, keep this in mind: you have to do this quest “in the past,” which means speaking to Zidormi in Tirisfal Glades and going back to before Undercity was destroyed.
Can’t find Zidormi where she’s supposed to be? Then you need to go do the Tides of War questline. In Kul Tiras.
Then return to Zidormi, hearth back to Stormwind, and go back to the quest giver to mount up to get this whole @#$%show completed.

My problem is it tells me while mounted that I am “too far away” when I am flying low in the city and have a green target. It has done this for at least two years. I figured by now they had fixed it, it isn’t fixed. I will try to go back in time for this and see if that works. Horde.
