Its been a couple weeks, but it still hasnt spawned for my main.
My question is: are the lesser keyflame quests fixed for all toons and static or is there a chance of variation if I try them on alts?
From my understanding, the quests are fixed and the same for all players and characters
Why are you here asking the question when it’s highly testable?
In the time it takes to get someone who already knows the answer you could have checked yourself a dozen times.
I don’t really play my alts too much so most are wildly undergeared

Debatable, took 2 mins for me to answer him, takes that long just to fly to Hallowfall on one character, let alone two
Maybe he just wants to talk to people. I do that sometimes, I could just google it but it is nice to interact with others.
