I’ve finished every quest in Hallowfall area, no quest armor to note for unlocking the tmog set that’s missing it’s pants. I’ve bought a few pieces via Renown rewards but is this stuff supposed to be locked until the official release? lol

welp saved me a ton of time. i want this set so bad and have no idea how to get it lol. i was literally on my way to hallowfall to do all the side quests but now i know thats a waste of time…
Those are from renown rewards. They’re from all the different factions, not just in Hallowfall. For example, I got the helmet from the ringing deeps faction yesterday at renown 8.

Right, but there are multiple drops listed for each piece. All of them have a quest reward alternative. Wondering if it’s at max level only via world quests or something.
I think the quest alternatives for the gold/red set are from the endgame campaign thats locked atm which is why they cant be found ingame.
There are a couple that come from the spider zone towards their end but the rest are still missing.
Oh okay. That would certainly explain a lot if true. Thanks for the heads up. Guess we’ll find out soon enough.
Update: The QUEST (Green Listed items) Are for completing the campaign, currently you can go all the way up to 4/5 on Chapters. SET ALMOST COMPLETED
You get a look alike green set from doing the final main story quest in Dornagol that has you welcome the horde and alliance leaders to the isle and help the Storm rooks get their lightining birds back. takes a few hours though but it’s fun. Only piece I didnt get from it was the helm.
You can get a dark red version of the shield by crafting it. I made one for my prot war this morning 599 ilvl.
Where does The Quest line starts for the set? 
Its the Campaign quest, currently you’re unable to finish probably until Tuesday when they release the rest of the campaign.
Okay so I had to same issue after I got druids set so I managed to do it in a few hours most parts come from the campaign itself chest has needs to be brought from the vendor (in hallowfall) gloves come from the quest line Brotherhood in the Skolzgal Wood if anybody is still chasing it or looking for an answer 
I am just missing the gauntlets. I have a pair with the same model so it isn’t like I don’t have the “set” but I can’t complete set…set because I don’t have the “right” gloves. Kinda annoying.
