I picked up the world quest Pool Cleaner. The orphan showed up and I selected the option for her to go home. Now there are no mobs in Hallowfall at all and the only other person in Mereldar is Auralia Steelstrike. Ive relogged a few times and it wont fix. Am I phased or something???

I did the same thing, experiencing the same. It’s like everyone went and left Hallowfall and I missed the memo.

I tried suicide and res to see if it fixed it but nope…still an empty zone save myself and Auralia… 
Took all the orphans with her too! The orphanage is empty!
EDIT: Wait, she’s still there.
EDIT2: Asked her to re-join me and the mobs are spawning for the WQ! Merdelar is still empty though.
EDIT3: Completed the WQ, came back to Merdelar. Everyone’s back from their vacation. The heck?

I can confirm. I send the orphan home, everything empty. Pick the orphan up, mobs spawns and everything is right in the world again…
That kid got some void magic

She’s upstairs on the 2nd floor of the orphanage. Across from the tavern in Merdelar.

oh…my…stars…! She was in there. Once I told her “ok, I changed my mind…FINE! You can go!” The world quest area had mobs again and when I finished the other mobs in the zone along with the NPCs returned.
You sirs are true heros! That kid is going with you on that world quest whether you want her to or not! She has some serious evil powers!
