Hallowfall fishing derby turn-in marker missing from map

This is still an issue, my last report was in March:

The ? for turning in the fishing derby quest in Hallowfall does not show on the map once completed. It hasn’t been there for at least the last two weeks, but could be an older bug as I haven’t done the quest since they lowered the marks from 25 for first completion several months ago.
