Say what you will about FFXIV, but at least the content they release works. They just released a big piece of new content at the same time as 11.1.5 and it just very well while Blizzard can’t even get a small event work.

That’s why I always cancel my 30 day sub. That way when they break the game I don’t feel as ripped off as I had. I haven’t logged since the new patch and it looks like I won’t be logging in today.

Well, as of yesterday, can’t speak to today, the event “works” it just takes too long. The whole event takes about 15m, we don’t get much progress on the overall “chest” bar (like in the theater event).
But, the boss shows up, we get the quest and drops.
The event DOES “work”, but it just takes far too long.
Even after it’s fixed it’ll probably still take 10m.
Still broke and buggy. You’re at least now able to get credit for the event, but it’s still trying to farm mobs that don’t spawn, and sometimes despawn as you’re killing them, along with objectives that sometimes appear for half a second before going away.
It didn’t work for me. Still stuck at killing the Champion even though he did spawn and die (after about 10 min of lag).
What’s interesting is that there are two Skitterings “evading” and something that looks like it’s trying to pop out of the ground. I’m assuming that is preventing the event from completing since there are still technically adds in the field.
Either way, it’s not working even after maintenance.

not even cant even progress the quests at all stuck on 0%
Blizzard doesnt care. If it directly affected their Mythic+ crowd? They would care. They fix a silly Vault issue right away. But this? 0 Blue post even acknowledging it at all.

It doesn’t help that half the player base intentionally attacks anyone who levels criticism about broken content, because they stayed on their small empty realm.
I really want to be able to do this event, I’m super upset about this one.
