Trying to complete the “Arcane Experiments” quest and the Telerune Nodes will not connect. Tried several times, reloaded the UI, disabled all add-on’s, and still it will not connect any of the Nodes.
Anyone else have this issue?
Yup same here, doesn’t work! 
Still not working. Unable to complete quest and, therefore, the quest achievement for Hallowfall.
