I am unable to see the halloween vendors on my server hellscream.

Which specific ones?
oh non warmode. I can see npcs in warmode or if someone off server invites me.
Ruff meant which NPCs, the toy/candy vendor, wand vendor or mask vendor as well for which faction, etc.

oh I am sorry. I can’t see any of the hallow end vendors. Or the wickerman. I’m on alliance @ hellscream.
They’re right outside the gates of Stormwind. If you can’t see them, it sounds like you might be phased somehow. Is it just one character, or all of them?

- How long has this issue persisted?
- Does this issue follow you to other cities?
- Were the NPCs ever visible at any point without your workaround?
- Are you on any quests which may affect the relevant areas?
- Which other troubleshooting steps have you tried, aside from other-server invitations and warmode?

This is an issue on several servers. And to have to be in war mode is ridiculous. I have no answer for you except some people are sayings it’s a bug and others that it is how Blizz is now doing Hallows End.
This issue started today and it is everywhere I took my mage too. No without PvP nothing (not even the pumpkins) work right. Have restarted, changed toons and servers. Only my DK on Greymane was able to complete anything without war mode on.

I doubt it is intentional. Earlier yesterday, it was all fine on Hellscream. Later, I logged back on and received an achievement given out for only two months in 2016, Fight for the Alliance, and all of the All Hallow’s End NPCs were gone. I later brought my Horde alt to Elwynn Forest on Hellscream, and no All Hallow’s End NPCs, wickerman. Logged that toon out there, then back on and received Fight for the Horde achievement.
I checked Ravencrest and all was fine there, everything loaded fine.
The only way I can do the Hallow’s End quests in Elwynn Forest on Hellscream is to turn Warmode on or get invited to group on a different realm.

I have been experiencing the same thing on Hellscream. Multiple characters logged in and no Halloween event has spawned in Goldshire. The horseman…vendors…bonfire…nothing.
The Halloween event did spawn in Goldshire if you were in warmode. When you switched back to normal mode, the halloween event de-spawned. There is also the horseman event in Dun Morough.
This was also on my spouse’s account on Hellscream.
On Argos anytime I change cities, I loose all my Halloween quests and half of the quest givers and vendors. Same thing for my daughter. We cannot complete Jasper’s quest because of this. Is anyone else having issue with loosing the quests?
In Dragonblight Stars’Rest the candy bucket is missing and the decorations as well…
Also Having this issue no Hallow’s End Vendors at all ALso no Hallow’s End Quest givers. I am on Tanaris. Also having issue on My Ally side
This is currently an issue on US Aerie Peak.
Has anyone tried switching back and forth from destroyed UC to old UC to see if that does anything and same with silithus if theres a problem there. to see if that fixes it.

You need to post in the Bug Report forum.
May not be the ideal solution, but until QA is able to address the issue it is a temporary solution. Or join a group using the group finder and hop realms.

I"m on Area 52 and I can’t see most of the pumpkins in Northrend, playing with warmode off. Seems as if this should have been something they fixed BEFORE dropping the timed event. I’ll go see if it works with warmode. Which I hate using by the way blizzard. With all the chinese cash you apparently have flowing into your game, maybe you could spend some of it to hire game testers and bug fixers.
Yeah, turning on war mode worked. Sigh. Blizzard fix your phasing
QA doesn’t take bug reports from the Customer Support forum and the SFAs here are not liaisons with them.
