Hey I raid in Room Forty on Zul’jin in the US. On 11/18/24 we got HoF for Queen Ansurek and saw us at kill number 197 for the world. We were happy about this and celebrated but a few days ago 12/30/2024 a friend pointed out to me that the list has changed and we are not even in the top 200 anymore. I was very confused on this and am trying to figure out what happened? Was the list updated a month after HoF closed? Was the original list wrong? This is really annoying for us as a team as we have a goal of top 200 world, we see us at 197 on the list but then it gets changed after the fact? If the list on the website is not correct or not up to date then where are we supposed to go to see a correct list? 3rd party tools like raider io, wowprogress and warcraftlogs are all over the place sometimes with a discrepency of 10+ kills. I am genuinely confused on what happened and where we went from the list and if it got changed why was it changed more than a month after HoF closed.
For reference you can see us on the list at 197 in the screenshot on wow head’s article about the hall of fame closing, literally all of the guilds from 195-200 are not on the list anymore so again what happened?
