Half the races of Azeroth are homeless. So give us player housing

Let’s see if I can make a compiled list here of playable races who lost their Racial capital.

~The gnomes lost GnomeRegan back in vanilla and still dont have it back.
~The Worgen lost Gilneas in Cataclysm and moved to Teldrassil.
~The night elves lost Teldrassil in BFA…
~The Undead also lost Undercity in BFA
~The goblins never had a racial capital really. Still dont till they build one.
~ Every Allied race save for Nightborne, Zandalar trolls, Dark Iron dwarves and Kultrian are also homeless.

Did I miss anyone?

We’re not exactly homeless if we stay at an inn.

I can’t find any fault in this logic.

Say yes to player housing.

In my opinion Player Housing is one of the big additions they can roll into all future expansions, as well it would be a huge boon to casual player retention. It would justify the creation of a new profession centered around furnishing said housing. I just don’t understand why they keep shying away from a system that would be evergreen and add more to the game than take from it.

I as well as an old friend of mine who are both engineers, and would love to be able to build homes for others. Twould be a fun goal fer us it would.

Well, they realized that a) fixing the Exodar while it had people in it was going to be difficult and b) they didn’t really need most of the Exodar, so they took the parts that still worked and incorporated them into the Vindicaar that they used to launch the invasion of Argus. Then they gave it to the Lightforged because the Lightforged had managed to crash their own ship (draenei are apparently not good pilots).

Besides, where would you go? You can’t go back to Argus, it’s full of gross demons and stuff.

More effort and work, plus its as you said, its giving players something they actually will want and have fun. Here at Activision Blizzard we strive to make our players suffer.

They can’t. It would be a system. And knowing blizzard they’d tie it into raiding and pvp and m+ they can’t help themselves it would be tedious not fun. As any fun detected will be Yeeted out.

Let’s speak plainly.

I don’t mind AESTHETICS tied to in game systems, but actual FUNCTION should not be.

The real issue I previously had was feeling that Blizzard didn’t want to take systems forward but the talent and profession changes make me think they’re more tolerant of ongoing systems.

I look at what happened to garrisons and weep a bit.

If Pirate and Wizard 101 can have player housing then surely WoW can

This makes 0 sense, there are multiple inns and inns are ment for temporary uses.

That’s a fort, not a home

An inn provides food and shelter, if the adventurer has the coin in hand …

Not homeless.

To be accurate, they reclaimed it at the end of SL.
