Whatever unholy looking monstrosity would result of that union, Blizzard is usually more limited in their theming of races that are technically many races so thankfully weāll probably never see any crazy additions. Examples, like. Worgen, blizzard went with human. End of story. Dracthyr visage, looks like a half elf/half human with some dragon features thrown in to meet blizzards ārace balanceā quota tbh. End of story. So half-orc would probably be half human or draenei, end of story.
That said, itās clear that dracthyr are supposed to be the playable half-elf. I doubt after giving us dracthyr, and belfs, and and velfs with tiny ears that are barely within possible common wow elf ear lengths aside from unfortunate logging accidents and birth defects/mutations, that weāll ever get a proper official half elf. Which is really sad, because thatās my favorite fantasy race to play in games that have them. And its such a great pain that wow does have them, but they arent playable. However, closest is probably, dracthyr, since they are obviously based on their dragon hero character class trope, KALECGOS.
Looks like a mage. Looks like a dragon. Also looks like a half elf, albeit with unattractive scales that need to go away. Oh, yep. Kinda reminds me of a half elf dragon mage we all know.

Half orc, half ogre is an already existing race in WoW.
It would be perfect as they could use reskins that way they wouldnāt have to work.
