I think it would more resemble a grizzly bear, with the body shape, stature, and Jaw-Line of an Orc, Pointy tusks included.
Aside from that…
Yeah, take a Grizzly bear and put it in spiky armor. Make sure you spam ‘KEK’ in Battlegrounds too.
