Half my companions are hidden behind window

I noticed i only had access to half my companions or less when sending them on missions in the ap. I also have to use my phones back button to leave a companion mission. In one mission i can barely see the bottom of what I assume is a close button at the top right if the screen. I’m unable to tap it. I was scrolling to find my companions, and i can scroll up just enough to see one of my companions peek out from under the mission window, but I am unable to tap him to send him on the mission.

I have a Samsung Note 9 model # SM-N96OU, running Android version 10, using app version 3.0.36118

I cant find a way to adjust the windows sizes nor to scroll far enough to access all my companions.
