Hailstorm Bug Still Not Fixed

Casting Frost Shock with Hailstorm active causes Frost Shock to hit targets it should not, including critters, neutral enemies and other players. This bug has been active for at very least three months.

It is easy to reproduce, just have the Hailstorm talent, gain stacks, cast Frost Shock on an enemy, if there is a PvP flagged player nearby, even if you are not flagged, you will hit the player and flag yourself, or engage a neutral enemy.

While doing the invasions in Primalist Future, I was wondering what was PvP flagging me during the boss encounter. Indeed when I cast Frost Shock with Hailstorm talented, it hits other people from the opposite faction that have their PvP flag enabled while mine is disabled (with war mode turned off).

I’m really glad to see other people are having this issue. I couldn’t figure out what was going on at all. Come on, blizz!
