Era was literally the most successful fresh servers we’ve ever seen, meanwhile SoD couldn’t even survive to AQ40

I mean thats mostly because the devs teased all those new raids at blizzcon and then was like… nah… just because we tease something doesn’t mean it will happen.
Yup this… And they eluded to at one point that they’d like to do one old one new (every other). And they did not do that.
SoD has the highest Classic Population of all the Classic game version being at 88k. This is almost 5x more than Classic Era at 17k.
SoD is the one thats successful not Era. Get your facts straight

There is no way you’re trying to compare a 1-2 year old server to a 5-6 year old server.
Compare Era’s population back when it was at the same life span as current SoD and the population dominates it

There is absolutely way. 1 year seasonal server has more population than a 5-6 year server. Classic Re Release in 2019-2020 was massively different but Era ,back when TBC was Release and you could copy your character over, was and has always been a low population. Everyone knows this that played the game.
