I mean because this tiny little zones with barely ANYTHING happening in it can’t be it right? this can’t be the at least 4-6 months (or rather year total till next EXP) content you guys are giving us right HAHHAHA ok there is no way you guys are serious good joke. No way this took 14 hours to patch there has to be more under the hood someplace hidden right.?

They literally said there’s another season and more storyline to do. So there’s a 10.2.5 for certain and a 10.2.7 most likely.

Also, Devs confirmed a Fated Season and They’ve mentioned that during SL the S4 failed world content, so maybe this time there’s something new for World content players.
Ya know…some of you all weren’t around during Cata. And it shows. We had a content drought of a YEAR. Dragon Soul. Over. And over. And over. They’ve literally said they have more content coming you cherry pickers.
Oh I was here for cata, I remember dragon soul, I also remember what some might call quitting in dragon soul - but I called it a break. Same for MOP and SOO 14 MONTHS of garrosh mythic was a true joy.
but that was then - this is now and we consume content and blizzard is not producing content - yet taken our money all the same.
Yea, I think this is it. I ran around and did all the dailies today and got some crest. I did the weekly superbloom quest. Guess I’ll have to wait til next for it again. Dang, I sure hope there is more to do next week. For now, I guess I’ll go explore around the Raid like area on the map. I don’t know that is for.
And now we don’t have super long content droughts like in the past. 
Whelp, at least it’s bigger than the Primalist Temporal Conflux and Tyrhold Reservoir. 
But it is a content drought: just because they release it faster does not mean the bucket is as full or even half filled:
If they release a major patch within 1 year - but the patch fills the empty bucket of no content, that is a long time to wait sure but they gave us a BUCKET full of content. yeah that content over stayed its welcome but you still got alot of mileage out of that bucket before you craved more.
this ‘new era’ of content comes faster: why do you QQ is like taken a cup of water, bringing it to the bucket, chugging half the cup of water then pouring a few drops into the bucket and going: “SEE ITS CONTENT AND ITS FASTER!” when its 1000000% times less then anything in the past.
How do you unlock the side quests in the zone?
I flew around the whole thing and I don’t see any.
Or are they coming next week?
It feels empty right now.
Once you complete the campaign quests, a bunch open up back at the “base camp”.
Its too soon for me to comment on the longevity of the zone.
But for the time being, i think its great.
Im having lots of fun there.
If i keep enjoying myself, my opinion of dragonflight might just become a positive one.
If you don’t like the content that’s a you problem… it’s still content. So far I think 10.2 is great and I love the new zone. And season 3 hasn’t even started yet. 
its not that it is not fun, it has moments but to wait for long for so little yet they still go “we are charging you btw you know for uh…content!” is annoying yeah yeah i preach its a company and they gotta make money all the time, I get it but as a player and fan of wow this feels insulting: again unless there is WAY more under the hood we can’t see - but unlikely because data miners would have found it.
Cata and Dragonsoul was one of the shorter droughts at 10 months.
Wrath was over a year and not only didn’t add a new zone for the final patch, it didn’t add a new zone during any patch the entire expansion.
MoP was over a year with Timeless Isle
WoD of course well over a year with Tanaan Jungle.
maybe it is ME problem - but explain to me what is season 3 again? oh right 8 "mythic’ dungeons we will run for 6 months calling it unique, exciting, fun! and a raid? I feel that has been done before has that been done before? Do you call rehashing something done a dozen times new content?
Why does every joke have to be driven into the ground and beaten to a pulp to the point where it’s no longer funny?
oh and last note and I will always say this: this is WORLD of warcraft right? not ZONE of warcraft? where is the WORLD yeah its never been alive and active but they have a god damn giant sand box of a world they do NOTHING with, we should expect better, want better and want the WORLD of warcraft to feel alive - but no status quo zone of warcraft it is, NEW! EXCITING! FUN! an hours worth of game play!
If they were around during Cata they’d probably remember that the first and last patches were nothing but dailies, and if you weren’t doing those you either raided or you had nothing to do. Even Molten Front (a zone I’d say is actually GOOD) isn’t really more than a bunch of dailies.
I don’t particularly like the Emerald Dream stuff and don’t find it engaging, but it’s not designed for me in the first place. But you can’t deny that this is just better than “you either do dailies or you raid.”
